If that’s the case, I’d recommend considering areas outside of Dallas proper where you can still find properties with strong growth potential.Cities like Prosper, Melissa, Princeton, and Anna are excellent options to explore.

Is this a conversion that will also require substantial renovations?

I’m still refining my approach there, but having the right team in place is one of the biggest keys to scaling sustainably.Definitely looking forward to staying in touch and exchanging ideas as we both grow in this space.
