Flip in Newark, California

I'm trying to analyze a potential flips in Newark, Ca (East Bay in general). I'm looking to connect and network with other investors, contractors etc who have experience in this market.  Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated as I'm new to this. 

I have one rental property that I have been self managing for about 10 years but I'm looking to exploring and potentially doing my first Flip this year.
