Is it reasonable to start now while I'm in the military or should I build my knowledge now and wait until I get out?

It's the FHA handbook, and they specifically address military eligibility.

I can find classified military manuals online, information about nearly any topic in a few seconds, I've been using the internet for 20 years, I'm pretty good at it.

My problem is since I am in the military a "local bank" is about 3 years at any given location, then I move on like the nomad I am, so this would be challenging but nevertheless I see the wisdom in relationships and not chasing loans.

I tend to work with military communities for rentals and flips, but I am always looking to learn a few more techniques to make some extra coin.

I am in the military and will be moving to Clarksville, Tennessee in the near future.

This is in addition to the solid company growth at Raytheon as well as the military base.
