Conventional Loan - 1-3.5% down - is it possible?
Is it possible to get a conventional loan with as low as 1-3.5% down? How? Who?

@Charles Stubblebine In our market you can easily qualify for a 3% down conventional loan with equal or better terms than the FHA loan.
The FHA loan is a great product but if you have a good credit score, good income and a reasonable DTI, you have a lot more options.
