Active duty interested in BRRRR method
I'm currently active duty army and I want to start investing in real estate, I'm leaning more towards the BRRR meathod but I love the idea of rehabing houses and making something beautiful out of them. I am getting out in 4 years and I want to make this my passion. Is it reasonable to start now while I'm in the military or should I build my knowledge now and wait until I get out?
