I've witnessed a guru friend of mine posed questions as he is peeing in the urinal and at a funeral too.

When I opened the door to the basement, the smell of cat urine/feces was so strong that I had to pull my shirt up over my mouth and nose like Bazooka Joe.

If you go up to the front door, it just reeks of urine & general "ick."

When your daily tools are flea spray, bolt cutters, a flash light, a digital camera, a measuring wheel or tape measure, a respirator, and a change of clothes for when you sit on a urine stained couch.

We have many hurtles in the next few years.

As it stands now my biggest hurtle would be my 540 credit score, that no doubt will go out after paying off all credit card debt and such.

Trash was almost a foot deep everywhere, it REEKED of pet urine, rotting food, several full litter boxes, and a dining room literally covered in some sort of... feces... 

I still need to play with the camera settings and go back for more photos, but, you can see below a reminder of why we have a No Pet policy:This is what many years of "doggie diapers" at the end of the hallway look like ... yes, the yellowish and brown areas are urine stains.  

By the way that is 6 inches more than how high a cat can spray urine. 

And I am not even talking about the odor of urine or feces.Pet owners fall over themselves asking for exceptions because our units are so beautiful.
