First - IMHO - direct mail might work but you need way more than just 1000 pcs to make it a business with a reliable lead stream, rather than just stumble on an occasional deal.Ringless Voicemail and text messaging need to be done with great caution.

I have been toying a lot lately with the idea of purchasing a house in Denver and airbnb’ing half to either offset my mortgage or at the very least reduce my cost of living.I stumbled across Loftium, which is essentially a company that pitches reduced rent in great areas, but as the tenant, you are responsible for managing an on-site Airbnb.

You need actual steps, that are practical from the perspective of someone that has been in your shoes, that remembers how hard the struggle was, that knows how difficult it was to break through the analysis paralysis phase, that made mistakes, learned from them, and can predict where you will also stumble and fall and give you pointers when and where to be extra careful.So if I have convinced you that I know what I am talking about because I HAVE been there, this is what you do, knowing now what I wish I knew then.GET A WEBSITE! 

Obviously these strategies may intertwine with what you find, but as a whole I keep stumbling across new areas of Charlotte that are beginning to produce great opportunities.
