Hey, Terrence here. Live in Bellefontaine Ohio. Looking to get started. Just got my numbers back for a heloc as well as a delinquent tax list for logan county. Ready to do this!! Anyone doing direct mail using late taxes? Any advice? Wayne, we should meet man. Let me get a profile picture first so I'm not so creepy.
