Examples for no rent are they have a nice new TV, clothes, trip, I ran out of checks, its in the mail, had a family emergency....etc etc. 

Most of us blow through hundreds of dollars a month on fancy coffee, eating out, car payments, the latest gadget, fancy clothes, what have you.  

For a few dollars per month, depending on the policy chosen, it can provide additional levels of liability and premise insurance to the tenant, it protects the tenant's possessions in case of fire, theft, natural disaster (u never know, some be storing expensive gear, clothing, bling, in my units), it insures against accidentally injuring others (including their guests) on the property, and some policies even continue paying the tenant's rent if it happens that the tenant(s) loses his/her job during their tenancy.

Now she doesnt want to pay ,  I show her the lease , I tell her I just ruined my clothes and spent 2 hours with 2 guys in the rain cleaning a sewer due to her neglect and stupidity , I either get a check or I will start the eviction today ,     I got the check   Next time I told her call the plumber 

By the way, you might want to wash your clothes after laying on that carpet!

That's like showing up to a job interview in your sweaty gym clothes. 

I found it ironic and I sat there with my back aching in dirty clothes from a long day at the crazy house.  

Then some short stubby guy in plain clothes came out and told me we can't accept it, nothing I can do.

I have found many mice droppings in my child's bed, my bed, our entire bottom half of the kitchen cabinets (cannot be used they're so bad, and I've sanitized everything a total of five times before moving everything to plastic bins), on toys, on clothes hanging in my closet, countertops, infested my couch.
