So, I closed on unit #43 today, the same property I've been documenting over the past 3 weeks on the BiggerPockets Webinar Workshop (which, you should all be attending. This week is gonna be AMAZING.  Sign up here.)

Anyway, I got the keys, walked into the house, and pulled back the carpet... and...

Whoop whoop! Gorgeous hardwood floors in GREAT condition! (except for one spot in the living room... might have some trouble there and need to patch.)

Anyway, that's always wonderful to see this. That carpet has probably been down for 20 years or more, based on the color and design.

(me, Charlie, and the beautiful carpet.)

If you wanna know the rest of the story... come to the LIVE webinar workshop this Thursday at 5:00 by signing up here !

So... here's my question to you:

What would you do with these floors for this rental? refinish them now? Just clean them up? Re-carpet and finish the floors before selling someday?
