I know of some land that is in PG County, would they consider that location?

Being that that the drive isn't that far I would really like to touch in that area.My second question is my realtor is only familiar with Montgomery and Frederick Counties therefor he did not want to expand my search because could not give me advice in areas like Baltimore and PG county and it was not worth it to him to travel that far.

You may be the first.That being said, tucking it in a door, putting it THROUGH a mail slot that is actually cut in the door, or putting it in their newspaper delivery box is more effective than using a mailbox and doesn't break any laws.However, hand delivery is very time consuming and expensive and probably not incrementally that much better than a mailing. 

@Richard Bailey That's great I work in PG county and really need to learn about the local scene.  

We have many great investing opportunities in the area from cash flow rentals in the outer lying suburbs and sub markets, to appreciation plays in the District, to cheaper flips in PG county, to expensive flips in DC.

But I do see wholesale deals happen weekly in Northern VA and PG. 

Baltimore and PG County (where landover is) I typically stay away from if I can (and I work in MD), as it is a lot of headaches.
