New Member - Arlington VA

Hi All!

My name is Kristina and I live in Arlington VA with my husband and 3 little boys. I currently work in the Hedge Fund Industry and really enjoy it but I'm ready to spend more time with my family and less time in the office. I have a strong background in Finance and Accounting and have always been excited/interested in real estate investing. I am from Western Massachusetts and lived in Stamford CT for 8 years before moving to Arlington VA. My husband is from upstate NY.

I have been using BP to educate myself - listening to podcasts in the car and reading clips in any spare moment that I have.   My goal is to buy 2 rental properties by the end of the year and build my rental property portfolio from there.   I would also like to  begin attending local networking events as soon as possible so I can start learning from the people with experience and connect with other like minded people.  

I would love to connect with people in the Washington DC/Greater Metro area so please do not hesitate to reach out.  I may be new to the scene but I am determined and excited to jump in and build my business.
