Good morning everyone, I'm looking for a realtor in the DC and Maryland area who has knowledge on where to get the best deals on the low end. I'm interested in rehabbing and possibly relocating within the next year or so. Please help!

The markets are so hot right now you will have a hard time finding a deal on any property through MLS. Your best bet would be to wait till you move here and join to Locsl REI groups and find wholesale deals.
