Then use reports to put the information in an organized page.I cannot tell you how to do it, but I think that is a better path to invest your efforts.

I don't belong to David Lindahl's organization and have no ties to them.I would also agree that your PM is soooooooooooo important to implement your plan. 

My best bit of advice is to come to them VERY ORGANIZED.  

As soon as you state your name and say you got their number off CL and you are interested in buying their property they conversation will be organic from there.

I was wondering if anyone is aware of any lobbying groups or organizations in Massachusetts that advocate for LANDLORD rights.

So you need to either speak to someone outside the hospital (like a property manager) or someone else inside the organization i.e. one of the traveling professionals that is aware of the normal method of being housed after being placed at that hospital.
