I rented to a restaurant once and they put three girls in a two-bedroom apartment for three months.

Need answers ASAP with this busy holiday season and all these packages being stolen..Honestly, I really feel like not accusing them but going over there and putting a huge sign up that says " do not have packages delivered to this building, we have a thief among us".. email me to get address to send packages and I will bring them to you... 

..and If they've been good boys and girls, and paid rent on time he won't evict them ;)

And I'm not accusing the OP of being that, because he wasn't even afforded the opportunity to reach that point with this clown of an agent.I agree 100% with your last paragraph, it was a totally inappropriate way for the agent to tell him this and I wonder if the agent will survive much longer in the industry with that lack of communication skills.

I signed my girl friend and I up for one next weekend and I’m wondering (1) what is he really selling and (2) what could we possibly cover in 2 hours? 

For example, in the deal that started this post everyone is accusing us of taking advantage of an elderly widower.

I'm not a lawyer, but when landlords know of illegal activities happening on their properties, they risk being accused of being an accomplice if they don't take action.

Thats why I am asking hereWell, that usually indicates some sort of financial hanky-panky......not accusing your significant other of anything, but just saying........I mean, what other reason could there be for refusing to pay a tax guy a couple hundred bucks....?
