Than Merrill’s 2 hour free class, any good?

just wondering if anyone has been to one of Than Merrill’s 2 hour free real estate classes. I signed my girl friend and I up for one next weekend and I’m wondering (1) what is he really selling and (2) what could we possibly cover in 2 hours? 

Any experience is appreciated.
