Hey guys, Firstly thanks to everyone involved in this site including everyone posting on the forums - I've been lurking for a month or two, learning heaps and finding a lot of inspiration.I'm not on the ground in Pittsburgh (I'm in Australia) but my girlfriend's from Pittsburgh so I'm keen to do whatever networking I can via my keyboard.

Same tenant has lived there this whole time so it's been a good little earner.A few months later I took a course with Dolf de Roos, this was when I was living back in Australia, and started learning about the world of rehabbing, flipping and wholesaling.

In yesterday's podcast I believe they spoke about people as far away as Australia trying to get into deals here in the states.
