My name is Aaron and i live in Victoria, Australia. I am a university student who is in the process of transferring from a Psychology bachelor degree to one in Finance. I have little background in investment other than having parents who have owned a couple of investment properties over the span of 15 years. I currently work as a pizza delivery driver as the hours fit in well with university. My goals in real estate are modest as i eventually want to earn passive income of around 80k (AUD) per year as i would rather invest my time in my interests rather than a dead end full time job. I would like to engage in house flipping at the beginning but would like to start renting single family homes and units to hold as long term investments. I came across Bigger Pockets on Youtube when i was starting to learn about property investment and I am glad I did as the information i have learned so far has been invaluable.
