Investor from San Diego, CA
Hi Everybody!
Just recently joined BP and still trying to rapidly consume all the information. I am based in San Diego, CA and lean towards multi-family investments.
Thank you to those who take the time to contribute via the forum replies, blog posts and webinars. I have learned so much already thanks to the time you take to share your knowledge.
I am originally from Australia but moved to the US for work. San Diego is a great place to live and I have discovered a love of sailing thanks to this city.
I have purchased two properties in the past (1 primary residence and 1 house hack buy and hold). They were okay but not the best deals. Now that I am learning how to analyze deals better I am hoping each purchase performs better financially.
Please don't hesitate to say and if you are in the area, maybe we can grab a coffee and share ideas.
Cheers,
Ozan.
