Hi from down under!

My name is Carol Miller and I'm excited to join this forum of enthusiastic property investors.  I have been interested in real estate for some 40 years when I acquired my first house and have been buying and selling properties ever since along with doing the occasional renovation.  Having recently retired from the corporate world I am keen to get involved in real estate investing full time.  So, I am on a steep learning curve and open to any tips and guidance you can provide.  I have decided to start with wholesaling whilst I build my team and get more experience before acquiring a mixture of Buy & Hold and Buy & Flip properties.  Looking forward to growing my investing skills through this community.  Cheers, Carol
