We also have a clause in the lease that the tenant is responsible for all appliance repairs (not furnace or air) which includes stoves, fridge, dishwasher, and microwaves.

In Buildium, I had to enter all transactions manually, which can be very time consuming.Is that correct, @Dawn Brenengen or can you now download transactions to Buildium?

I have not invested in Racine, but I have invested in WI, and even though it's been a while, that still seems high.Let's pull @Dawn Anastasi in here and see if she has Racine connections...
