Multi-Unit property in Racine WI
So I have found out about an off market multi-unit in Racine WI. It's 18 units at about $40,000 per door ($730,000). Rents average about 700 for the 16 2bd units and 900 for the two 3 bed units. Large units that have just been redone so are in good condition. Heat is paid by owner. I don't yet have the numbers but my question is, does this look like something to dig into at this price or is it over priced as I suspect? It's located in the area just south of Washington Park.
I know nothing about Wisconsin or the Racine market and I'm just curious if it warrants more consideration.
