Toledo Ohio Rental Property Manager Recommendation for a Cheap House

Hi fellow BPers! My neighbor here in NC has the opportunity to buy a 10k home in Toledo, OH. It is currently rented for $495/month and the same tenant has been there for a year. He knows the area is rough, and he wants to find a PM before he agrees to buy the home. Does anyone have any recommendations I can give him?

 Unfortunately not Jay,

As @Ryan Pyle mentioned. Most of them will only look at higher end stuff.

And the other investors that own in those areas most likely self manage.

This is one of the main reason why we started in house PM.

We only manage what we sell tho.

Might look at taking on other business as I think I have the C and D class management style down packed.

Will just need 5 full time alpha characters to pound the doors.
