Network Network and more networking at real educational workshops and events through out your concentrated real estate market is key.

Brian Maida I just got done with the David Lindahl workshop this weekend and I suggest you look into it.

I invested in the workshop which was this weekend and learned an incredible amount of information about intelligently investing in real estate, and starting an effective business with that knowledge.

We also are big fans of the military and we comp any past or present military into our workshops.  

Then after a while they started saying I had to sign up for their weekend workshop for 2k.

You may also find negotiation workshops and symposiums beneficial, and you might even enjoy toastmasters. 

I attended a 3 day workshop with Than Merrill's Fortune Builders to get the ball rolling.I would like to focus on wholesaling and rehabbing residential properties.My 10 year goal is to own a few apartment buildings and have residual income.I am at the point now where i do not know what to do next.

Success is easy when there's a giant festival 1.5 miles from your house, and I've got my work cut out for me making this a year-round destination for vacationers, group gatherings, events, workshops, and possibly even wedding.....but hey, off to a strong start!   

Recently my wife and I attended a Fortune Builders 3 day workshop and had our eyes opened to many interesting concepts in the field of real estate investing.  

They also said that if you didn't make a deal within six months they would refund you your 2k from the seminar.So ultimately you pay for a workshop, they show you their methods, give you resources, provide you with money from private investors, and allow you to operate independently until you (and them) make a profit.....
