@Mario Lopez like @Steve Morris alluded to, the big advantage of S-Corps as far as tax savings is that they can save you on SE tax. 

@Allen Lopez in such situations the HOA will often grandfather in existing owners or set a number of allowed rental properties that allow the existing owners to continue to rent.

There seems to be a large number of people, including celebrities fleeing California, specially those living in LA and San Francisco, but I'm curious to see if maybe some of these people will be moving to San Diego instead of leaving California.Let me know what your thoughts are.
