The subscription is generally a joinder for the other agreements so they should send this countersigned along with anything else your attorney tells you that you need for things to be legally binding before you wire funds.

I don't think a 0% BAC is going to draw a lot on MLS.And as noted, you need to have a brokerage license of some kind and then pay a subscription fee to MLS.If you're like most wholesalers, any kind of regulation on your activity is probably off-putting.

@Nicole Holcomb I get my list from Propstream, they have a free 7-day trial to see if you like it but after that, I am on the $99 per month subscription and I didn't know that sort of mailing technique was that cost-efficient.
