What's the best avenue for getting renters in your new property?
I just purchased a property that I intend to rent out. I am a Realtor so I can list it as a residential lease on the MLS, but are there better and/or more efficient ways to get renters in there? I am trying to avoid using a property management company!

Hey @Brad Piper, we've had a lot of luck with Facebook Marketplace. Of course this may depend on what area you live in, and the type of rentals, but we get the highest volume of inquiries through posting on FB Marketplace compared to Apartments.com and other listing sites, so that might be something to consider!
