What type of funding are you using?

That will be the best spot to meet an investor friendly agent in person or at least meet other investors in your markets that can help connect you to the right agents.

@Adam Newman you will want to confirm this with the bank but you can’t take a loan out to borrow for part of the down payment so you’ll need to provide all the funds yourself or have a gift from someone for that which you don’t have.If you have a gift from someone to bridge the 20%, that would be ideal.  

I've personally invested and work with investors - it's critical to get your numbers right on the front end.

More due diligence and follow up, does this person have a job that's consistent for at least a year?

It’s an item in our roadmap, but maybe I just need to prioritize it to the top of the list in 1H 2024.Bottom line is that I allowed us to stop supporting it several years ago, in a decision I wish I could have back. honestly, I used to use the app personally as well.

Told them to do a drive by and call me back with an offer :)The person who called you probably just spent $15,000 for mentoring and “education”, and is now in panic that his 250 cold calls have not produced anything .  

On more than one occasion I’ve talked with a person or two that was offering real estate coaching and I found out very quickly that either it was not what they were advertising or they was not far enough along to be coaching anyone except maybe a complete newbie or maybe it wasn’t the strategy for me.Anyway, that’s my ramble for this morning.

Do you think they're worth the investment, or do most buyers still prefer in-person showings?
