@Erik Gray, below is my loose analysis of the Co Springs market that I posted in another thread a few days ago.

This statement leaves some gray area but to me I would think at the time an offer is made would be the last point.Again, you will want to check with folks that need more then I do.

@Bryan Thompson  master plans are at city or county planning offices and now a days with computers and data bases you can usually get them right on the computer if you know how to use it correctly.. ( which for me is always a challenge and I hire peoples to do that  LOL )
