New to investing
Hi,I my name is Cody. I currently reside in Alabama. I just started getting into investing and am wondering my best route for buying properties with little money. I have talked to several banks trying to obtain a line of credit, but they're saying my credit history isn't long term enough yet. I've been building it since i was 18, am now 23. I'm ready to start investing now, What are other options for me? Thanks

Hey Cody,
Brandon from bigger pockets has a book on creative financing for real estate deals. It might be worth checking out.

A few creative ways I am interesting in are syndication, owner financing, and hard money.
Send me a message if you have any questions.
Best Regards,
Kody
