New Girl...Really, but not really...

Hello All, 

I have actually been a member of BiggerPockets for a very long time now but never introduced myself and tend to stay silent....well...(in my Diana Ross voice) "I'm Coming Out"...really, but not really. :) 

I am down in the big city of Tallahassee, FL and have been in real estate in several different capacities, on and off, for approximately 13 years. I am a licensed realtor, who does some wholesaling, and am trying to get into fix and flips, and rentals.  

I look forward to contributing to the BiggerPockets group, and learning and growing as much as I can.
