New to Real Estate

Hello bigger pockets community, my name is Octavius Henderson. I am new to the real estate world and thought this would be a great place to start learning. I know there are lots of experienced people who have joined bigger pockets. I hope to meet as many people as possible to get the help I need to start investing. My main focus is WHOLESALING. Wholesaling is my focus because currently I am a 19 year old college freshman attending the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. I have no credit nor enough cash to buy property. I figure I would start by wholesaling and then once I have enough capital, I would go into buying and renting homes.
