Does "Blab" archive conversations so they can be retrieved later?

You should check out the post on here titled "The Dirty Truth about the Guru Programs"  to put it all in full context, though.I'd suggest going through the podcast archive and finding someone whose lead generation methodology sounds like something you can and will execute on a daily basis and then start creating your own system for executing that methodology.

You really need to understand how your local court archives and manages files. 

Does Washington have an archive of old fire insurance maps that might show the occupancies of structures?

The research means going to either the Archives on Hill Street in downtown LA and or the Recorders office in Norwalk.
