Probate leads
Hi All! I'm doing some digging for Probate deals and I was thinking of using TLO to get contact information for the estate representatives. I've tried calling the lawyers before but not much came of that.... If I get the contact info, how do you think is a good way to get them to want to sell the estate's property to me?

Don't bother the attorneys. You'll just irritate them and spoil your future chances if doing business later.
Go track open probates and contact the PR's who have big problems that you can help resolve.
