Looking for CA broker to work with FSBO seller - NE LA Cnty

I will be selling my house soon.  Pretty confident I can do 90% of it on my own.  Have been trying to find a broker willing to work for an hourly fee; price evaluation, reviewing offers, discussing contingency options, keep me on track during closing.  No marketing, phone calls from buyers, showings etc - just conversations with me!  Any ideas??  I'm in Lancaster - Antelope Valley.  Is this doable??  Am not getting great response . . .
