I have started by reading numerous books, but I lack a personal network to bounce ideas off of, learn from, etc. 

I have rented to people with low credit scores, that's not a problem as long as the other factors rings true;landlord referencesproof of paying rent on timelength of time at previous rentalreal reason for movinghow many times have them been in rent courtemployment historyget other references, mother, aunt, supervisor, pay-stubbs, ministcheck with employer to confirm their statementslook at their car - is it a mess - do they own itare their kids bouncing off the walldo they want to give you all cash immediately and move in now DON'T DO IT!

Maybe I will bounce this off him to get his input on the different areas. 

I am leaning towards an LLC, but just want to bounce the idea off of an attorney to confirm my opinion.  

I found an off market apartment building south of Lakeland, and was hoping to bounce some ideas off the other members at our REIA meeting only to find that no one I ran into owned any commercial property.

This is a great place to learn and bounce ideas off other seasoned investors. 

Maybe we can bounce ideas off of each other if the need arises.

Is there anyone who is experienced in investing in this property type potentially in Naples/Marco Island area of SW Florida which I could bounce some questions against?
