Newbie from Houston

Hello BP,

I'm an IT professional from Houston, TX and been thinking about real estate investment for a few years now, but have never done anything. Recently, a good friend of mine convinced me to join BP.  It has been an eye opening experience and it encourages me to take action.

There's just a wealth of knowledge here and I'm hoping I would be able to absorb as much as I can and hope to be able to give back someday.

I am working on my very first deal right now and hope all goes well. I will be reaching out to the BP community for guidance. I just wanted to say hello and thank you for being here.
