New to BP and turn key questions

Hello fellow BP members. I am new the site but have been reading it for awhile now. I am from the seattle WA area and work construction. Trying to get started on long term hold properties and feel a good way to get started is with a turn key company but after reading several horror stories I have my concerns doing it. I just don't see any other way. Properties in my area really do t cash flow well which leaves me looking out of state but I do not want to do it alone. Does anyone have any advice or experience with this? Is there anyone from Washington? I would love an opportunity to grab coffe with someone that is already in the game. Thanks in advance and I look forward to becoming a part of the BP network

Welcome! I'm an investor on the east side. I know a lot of people that are investing on this side of the mountains. So much cheaper to start and not that far away. I'm in Walla Walla but would love to get together if we are ever in the same spot. I have relatives in Woodinville and occasionally make it over there. PM if you want my number.
