My team an I hauled over 12 tons of items from the house, did a minor renovation, and converted the workshop into an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).

When we were initially introduced I was going through a hardship and trying to identify solutions Jeff, workshopped a ton of strategies I could use WITHOUT using a lender, so that I could be in a better position to make a more sound decision in the future. 

However, I quickly learned that was not the case.I went to specific workshops dedicated to multi family investing and got so much value.

I have almost an acre and my detached garage/workshop is about 100 feet away from the main house. 

The storefront and workshop/studio spaces could be rented right away, but two of the three residential units require a small amount of work to bring up to rentable condition.

Regular meetings, workshops, and networking events are frequently held by these groups.

Consider using some of your funds to enroll in courses, attend workshops, or hire a mentor.

Attend local seminars, workshops, and webinars to expand knowledge and network with other investors.

I have recently been educating myself by reading books, listening to podcasts, watching YouTube videos, and attending workshops.

But maybe there's something better out there.The genesis of my chiming in on this thread:  I just put on a SDIRA/401k workshop.
