MY EXPERIENCE GOING TO MY FIRST BPCON

I went to my first BPCON last week in New Orleans.

Prior going to the conference my fear was that most of the people going to the conference was in the single family homes and we wouldn't be as much of value to each other. However, I quickly learned that was not the case.

I went to specific workshops dedicated to multi family investing and got so much value. Furthermore, I got to personally have conversations and ask questions to experienced investors like Sterling White, Brian Burke, Matt Faircloth, Brandon Turner, Brian Murray, and more. I got to ask these investors that I have been following for years industry specific questions .

I asked Brian Murray and Brandon Turner market specific questions regarding cap rates. I talked to Brian Burke about about investing strategies in today's market on a macro level. Matt Faircloth gave me tips on raising capital and my business website that was priceless. As usual, I got to talk shop with my mentor Sterling White.

Additionally, I got to network and build relationships with other multi family investors and real estate professionals. We got to bounce ideas off each other to see how we can help each other improve our businesses.

In conclusion, it was an amazing to be around people like @Brandon Turner     who I have been following since 2017/2018 when I first got into real estate. If you are thinking about going to BPCON let me tell you the experience is worth every dollar.
