New member and a new into real estate investing

My name is Michael. I'm new to this forum and a "rookie" real estate investor. I live in Baltimore, Maryland.

I would like to gain as much more knowledge and wisdom as I can to become a wise successful investor.

I have recently been educating myself by reading books, listening to podcasts, watching YouTube videos, and attending workshops. I need to make my first move so as to avoid analysis paralysis but I don't know how to go about it.

I hope to meet a mentor(s) who can help me with my vision to own numerous single and multi family rentals to create cash flow, financial freedom, and a legacy for my family.
