We went to visit a spectacular log cabin in Clyde, NC: mountain views, hot tub, 3 porches, glorious vaulted bedroom ceilings, and best of all: potentially FANTASTIC cash flow. 

As well as parents and students visiting year round to see if they want to attend or to visit a child who is attending.

I try to be as kind as I can but she is very abrasive almost every time I visit the property, and I visit a lot considering I am renovating units.

I also like Orlando Disney area as 80 million people visit a year.

People were able to visit a place only 2 hours away from LA that was outdoors & safe.

They're there to help with operating agreements, LLC management, syndication, etc.So, although a great team is the most important in my opinion once the ball is rolling DON'T just buy without visit a time or two and getting to know the area at least a little.  

Flights can be incredibly cheap if timed correctly and they can be expensed as well, so in my mind, there is no excuse not to visit a property periodically (in the realm of once every year or two, or as necessary).

Needs to be a 1% market and hopefully close enough to CA for me to go visit a couple of times..
