Anyone familiar with AirBnB in this area? I have clients looking for a vacation home of their own here and would love to hear from someone local about the Airbnb possibilities when they are not using the home. They only plan to come 4 times a year. Looking for possible managers as well!

    @Nancy Bachety I'm not writing them off. I plan to reach out to PMs in the area as well! Just using this as a sounding board - couldn't there be STR Managers from the area in BP who see this as well as self managers who may have some insight?
