I had the idea of doing some pro bono work for realtors and wineries/vineyards in the area.

I have thought about opening a yurt or tiny house community near the wineries to provide a glamping experience.

The area draws hundreds of thousands of outdoor enthusiasts throughout the year for hiking, kayaking, weddings, wineries and more.

We got it for probably 1/3 of a waterfront house, and being outside the town actually makes it closer to other attractions that also drive occupancy like wineries.

for 22k.today Calistoga is basically world famous wine country town with a ton of charm and variety of resturants hotels mud baths spa's and of course Wineries !

I have analyzed wineries, boutique hotels, mini storage, unique business, and many other special purpose businesses and real estate, but haven't seen one of these before.
