I know, I know, party seems to be first negative screen for most STR host, but just wonder any chance that good bachelorette party group can be good gusto avatar?

Just heard one podcast from "get paid by your pad", it seems someone run good business target this group? Does anyone have good experience as well?

We just re-developed a 7-unit boutique motel specifically targeting bachelorette/bachelor parties.  It is located in the middle of Virginia's well-known area for breweries and wineries (Brew Ridge Trail).  Lifeproof floors, metal frame beds, double mattress protectors, and a greenery wall with a neon "cheers" sign for the insta moments (you know you love it).  $30k in the first 6 weeks launched - so far, so good!
