Goodnight everyone!

I'm interested in doing real estate photography/home surveying with a drone. Is anyone else in the DMV/Northern VA currently doing this? I'd really appreciate some tips and pointers. I will be starting out with a DJI Mavic Air 2. The specs are awesome for a drone on the more affordable scale. I had the idea of doing some pro bono work for realtors and wineries/vineyards in the area.
