"Submit your offer, owner anxious and very negotiable.." (He's dying to get out of this deal! OK, that was my low blow..) "..This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to make huge profits selling."

Has anyone on BP bought a cemetery before? I think @Jay Hinrichs has bought and sold practically every type of property on earth..? I know @Arlen Chou likes funky deals. $2.5MM for 9 acres in El Ceritto..

What other commercial real estate (CRE) gurus have seen one of these before? I have analyzed wineries, boutique hotels, mini storage, unique business, and many other special purpose businesses and real estate, but haven't seen one of these before.

Allegedly a big profit, and a motivated seller.. Which one of you has enough time and energy to find the right person in the cemetery business, real estate/capital, and put the deal together..? Maybe a noobie who wants to learn something new and pound the pavement..? Who owns the rest of the cemeteries in the Bay Area? Daly City has a lot of them, right? Who's the cemetery baron of the Bay Area?.. (No disrespect to the deceased. Just like a mortician, it's a job that makes money, and someone needs to be there to have a place for the deceased.)
