@Natalia Perlova if the switch is in a common area and you are having trouble with the tenant especially if you think they switched the burner off deliberately (it should be a bright red switch plate in our area labeled oil burner).

We are always looking to add more amenities and chances to increase our guest's satisfaction at all of our units.

Then in the slow season we are at $119/night and people complain about the value and little ticky tack things that no one complains about above $200/night.  

Also, it lends itself to unconscious bias because we are more likely to view negatively people who are different than us.

We are in a small market so we were very surprised to consistently fill 4 and now we are looking to do 4 more. 

It is really hard to find deals right now because in CT we are still in a seller's market.
