People like to help you, especially when your young.3- I built relationships with some of the top brokers in the industry by being in the same industry and have been able to buy countless properties because of those relationships.4- I made GREAT money5- I have bought so many deals that never hit the market because I either called an owner direct or found out about it from someone else in the office.6- I built great relationships with clients and many of those clients eventually became investors in deals and later on in my funds.7- on the commercial side the commissions can be huge.
