The City is pursuing the owner of this 2-bedroom rental citing that they are part of the cause behind diminishing affordable housing.

    Sarah:

It is similar here in Fredericton.  We experimented with AirBnB this year as we had 3 rooms open in our student house for the summer.   Our minimum stay was 1-week (the shortest rental period permitted under the Residential Tenancies Act), but our guest all stayed 2-weeks to 1-month.
